Areas of Practice / Personal Injury

Personal injury practice can take many forms: an automobile accident, a slip or trip and fall, a case of medical or dental negligence, or a boating accident, just to name a few.

Most people who are injured by these incidents first hear from an adjuster from the at-fault party's insurance company. While an adjuster may profess to be very concerned with your injuries and well-being (they may even offer to make a quick settlement in exchange for a release of liability), they have one purpose and one purpose only in mind, to save money for the insurance company. They are not on your side. They may also attempt to make you feel that you don't need a lawyer to handle your claim. In all but very few cases, nothing could be further from the truth.

By contacting an experienced attorney as soon as possible, you enhance your chances of obtaining a fair and complete recovery for your injuries. Settling your case should never take place until the full nature and extent of your injuries and the treatment you will need are known as well as whether you will be left with any long-term problems.

Our attorneys are very experienced in all types of personal injury claims, from minor to catastrophic. We do a thorough job of investigating the key factual and legal issues. We are familiar with medical issues and know how to talk to your doctor so we understand your injuries and what it will take to make you better. With our many years of experience, we know how to establish and recover the real value of your claim. We believe that litigation should be the last resort, reserved for the most serious cases. Our goal is to settle your claim for as much as we reasonably believe you might get from a judge or jury without going to the trouble and expense of actually going to court.

We are aggressive, but we also understand the value of thorough preparation and of maintaining civility and good relations with our opponents in order to maximize your recovery. Oseran Hahn Spring & Watts, P.S. is not a personal injury "mill". We promise that if we take your case (we don't take them all) you will work primarily with the attorney who conducts your case throughout the whole process and not with an assistant or someone you haven't ever met. We promise that we will explain each significant step, be responsive to your calls and questions, and keep you informed of the progress of your case. Finally, we promise you the best representation we can muster, regardless of how big or small your claim.
