An experienced trial lawyer, Paul has been actively litigating cases for more than 20 years throughout the States of Washington, Alaska and North Dakota.  Paul was born and raised in the Seattle area where he still resides with his wife and four children enjoying all manner of sports and coaching activities in his spare time.

Paulís life experiences, both professional and personal have proved invaluable to his legal practice and his understanding and ability to handle the simple and complex legal needs of a wide variety of clients.  

Admitted to the Washington State Bar in 1990, Paul was first an associate and then a partner with the law firm McInerney∙Baker from 1990 until the spring of 2001 when the partnership dissolved. In April of 2001 Paul formed the law firm Spencer Law Offices, PLLC where he practiced law as a solo practitioner until joining Oseran, Hahn, Spring, Straight & Watts, P.S. in  fall 2011.
