Ed began his career as a law clerk in the U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington. His practice, since joining the firm in 1974, has emphasized corporate and general business matters, including experience with business acquisitions and divestitures as well as real estate, estate planning and probate matters. Ed has lectured on commercial leasing and estate planning.
