David is one of the firm's principal shareholders. He is a top notch litigator who practices in the areas of real estate and commercial litigation as well as complex product liability, construction and premises liability, wrongful death, and personal injury law. David also has a thriving condominium law practice in which he represents property management firms and dozens of condominium associations. David further represents corporate clients and landlords regarding a multitude of matters, including purchase and sales transactions, and commercial leasing. While in law school, David earned the Order of Barristers for excellence in courtroom advocacy. In his free time, David devotes most of his time with his wife, Dafna, raising their three small children and taking care of their two dogs.
