"Ted" served three years as an Assistant Attorney General, State of Washington, handling construction contract and land condemnation cases, after which he entered private practice. His practice focuses on commercial litigation and real estate litigation. He also has a background in admiralty and marine law. Ted is a skilled negotiator who enjoys the confidence of other lawyers, often serving as an arbitrator and mediator in other disputes.
